After leading the kitchen in Astrid y Gastón, Diego started an ongoing exploration around the globe, from there on he has designed and implemented as many restaurants and culinary events in Miami, Lisbon, Copenhagen, Bodrum, Panama and of course Peru.

He has worked for Acurio Group and for many of the leading restaurants in the Peruvian industry, looking after the experience and staff training, creating experiencias through all areas in hospitality. He also looks after the expansion of their operations through Latin America.
CFO for 3 Gatos, he is the Finance Advisor that keeps the business running. He has worked through Barcelona, Milán, London and Indonesia, mainly in the corporate sector. After some experiences in hospitality, he set up his own consultancy working with projects in hospitality and wellness.
He lives between Barcelona and Bali.
Comms Producer. Switched tech for culinary, going from Google/Facebook to The World's 50 Best Restaurants. Has worked in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Digital nomad, has been working with Diego for the last 4 years taking care of all comms related developments, either from Bali or a new city.
She is also a lecturer at the Università di Scienze Gastronomiche UNISG in Pollenzo, Italy, founded by Slow Food.
And lives in Bali.
Creative director that gained her experience in J. Walter Thompson, McCann Erickson and Young & Rubicam. Since 2012 she leads her own studio Exebio Team, linked mainly to hospitality and creativity. She has worked some of the most famous brands in the industry like Hotel B, Rafael Osterling restaurants, K’allma, Flora & Fauna, Titilaka, Dondoh y La Nacional. Interested in exploring the concepts of origin, roots and memory, she also founded the ARTUS, an art scholarship for young talented artists.
Villacorta has a strong interest in contemporary Peruvian visual arts research. Since 1997, he has been an Art and Communication professor for the Postgraduate program at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
He taught history of photography at the Gaudí Institute. He was in charge of the management at the Luis Miró Quesada Cultural Space of the Miraflores City Council, Lima, Perú.
